Polaroid Flip - instant film camera with retro design & new technology

Polaroid is on the move and now releases a modern instant film camera with built-in flash and retro design, with the possibility of app control.

Camera and film manufacturer Polaroid is now launching a new instant film camera - Polaroid Flip - which follows the design path of its previous cameras from the 70s. The retro design plays with the design of the past, but inside the shell, there is new technology.

The camera is designed to be easy to use, with a built-in sonar autofocus system, a technology used in 1978 in the SX-70, which measures the distance to the subject to adjust focus. The lens system in the camera's optics consists of four lens elements suitable for both portrait and landscape photography.

Polaroid Flip also has a built-in flash in a flip-open design, positioned to provide stronger and more even lighting with effect adjustment for the distance to the subject. The camera is compatible with both i-Type and the older classic 600 film.

A new feature in Polaroid Flip is a built-in scene analysis mode that helps you take better pictures and warns you through the viewfinder when your image is underexposed, overexposed, or when your subject is too close. On the back, there is a display showing camera mode, battery life, and the number of pictures.
